Ninja courses in Sydney are more than just playgrounds. These indoor and outdoor facilities cater to kids who want to do more than just run and jump - they want to run, jump, scale, flip, hang and more as they try and push themselves and their agility like true ninja warriors do!

So skip the playground next time the kids want to burn some energy and head for one of these cool courses instead.

1. Ninja 101

Ninja 101 is the ultimate Ninja Warrior course in Sydney!

With 28+ courses (and still expanding!) your tough little cookies will be able to stretch their muscles, endurance and agility for hours. Their state-of-the-art Ninja Warrior courses include three Level Warped Walls (how high can you go?!), an inflatable course, basketball hoops, and a special under-fives Ninja Playhouse.

They also host kids' birthday parties, Mini Ninja classes, Fit classes, Ladies Tone classes, and an onsite canteen selling snacks and coffee - need we say more?

2. Ninja Kids

Ninja Kids is the destination for ninja warrior courses in Sydney.


Get the kids ready to increase their confidence, develop flexibility, improve coordination, get fit and have plenty of fun at Ninja Kids.

Ninja Kids has full-term classes for beginners and intermediates to become full-fledged ninja warriors. Children from three to 15 can sign up for training at their impressive indoor obstacle courses in Brookvale or Hornsby, plus there are tumbling classes, school holiday programs and epic birthday parties on offer.

You can use your Active Kids vouchers for term programs and casual classes are also available.

3. Ninja Parc

The newest indoor Ninja course in Sydney, Ninja Parc in South Granville, gives little Ninjas a run for their money with loads of obstacles, rope climbs, bouldering challenges, vertical and horizontal doors, and even a warped wall!

Touted as Sydney's largest Ninja playground, Ninja Parc is wowing kids all across Sydney. Parkour classes, birthday parties, fully supervised school holiday programs, and an onsite cafe are also on the menu at the Parc.

4. Moving Bodies

Moving Bodies is one of Sydney's most varied Ninja Warrior courses.


The expansive indoor Ninja warrior course is the ultimate challenge for little warriors and includes obstacle courses, warped walls, floating doors, cargo nets, rope climbing, floating steps, a spider wall and plenty more.

Children aged five and over can conquer all parts of the course but little ones under five are better suited to the Moving Bodies Mini Ninja Warrior Classes on Thursdays.

Moving Bodies also offer Ninja Warrior birthday parties, which include guidance from their experienced coaches.

5. Koonoona Park

As one of the newer outdoor ninja warrior courses in Sydney, we highly recommend checking out Koonoona Park in Villawood asap.

The massive ninja course loops around the whole playground so kids can master their scaling and balancing skills in no time! And once they're finished with their training, there is a cubby house, merry-go-round, nature play, swings, seesaw, and plenty of shade for a touch of lunch.

6. My First Gym Frenchs Forest

Another great spot for active Ninja kids on the Northern Beaches is My First Gym in Frenchs Forest.


Aside from offering their high-energy Dingo Pups Ninja Classes (ages four and up), My First Gym is a sprawling centre with plenty of other activities, classes and equipment for energy-fueled kids to burn the afternoon away.

Their Dingo Pups Ninja Class currently runs on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays but their timetable can change depending on availability, so make sure you check before you book.

7. Tru Ninja Penrith

Calling all true Ninja kids to Truninja Penrith.


The Truninja Penrith brings fun and fitness together with a range of challenging obstacles.

Suspended above foam-filled pits for a soft landing, the course is designed for over fives and features around 100 interchangeable obstacles of varying difficulties so courageous kids can work their way to being true warriors!

A dedicated Mini Ninjas playground for toddlers is also on offer most weeks where little ones can explore the foam pits and small obstacles.

8. Casula Playground

If you're keen to take your mini warriors outdoors, then check out Casula Playground.


For an outdoor Ninja Warrior course, Casula Playground is Sydney's favourite FREE outdoor obstacle course and playground. 

Spanning a 15-hectare site of an old golf course, the impressive park has picnic facilities, a sculpture walk, an accessible play area, an off-leash dog park and parking. 

As for the play facilities themselves, they are second to none! We’re talking about a flying fox, an eight-metre-tall skywalk, a tunnel slide and the uber-impressive Ninja Training Circuit.
