Get your Santa hats ready and warm up those vocal cords because Woolworths Carols in the Domain is returning to Sydney in 2025, and it promises to be more magical than ever! As Australia’s biggest and most iconic Christmas concert, this beloved annual tradition lights up the heart of Sydney with festive spirit, star-studded performances and plenty of Christmas cheer for the whole family.

Held at the picturesque Domain near the Royal Botanic Garden, this spectacular open-air event draws thousands of families, friends and carol lovers each year to sing along under the stars. Expect live performances from some of Australia’s best-known artists, appearances by beloved Christmas characters, and of course, a special visit from Santa himself.

Woolworths Carols in the Domain 2025

On Saturday 21 December 2024, the Domain will be transformed into a festive wonderland filled with twinkling lights, merry tunes, and that special holiday spirit that only Carols in the Domain can bring.

Each year Woolworths Carols in the Domain sees Australia's biggest stars come together to celebrate the spirit of Christmas, with close to 50,000 people taking to the Domain stage. 2025 is the 43rd year of the Carols, and while the event lineup is yet to be announced, we're expecting big and exciting acts!

Bring the whole family for a night of joy and togetherness. The kids will love the Christmas-themed activities, and there'll be plenty of delicious treats to keep everyone fueled for a night of carol singing. There'll also be fireworks to amp up the festivities even more.

Premier Reserved Area

This year, you can enjoy the show in the lap of luxury in the Premier Reserved area with the beach club-style or the reserved picnic lawn TinselTown. Tickets available via Ticketbooth.

About the Festive Lawn

There is a huge, free general admission area available called The Festive Lawn - first in, best dressed. So come early, relax and enjoy the on-ground activities, on-site catering, and pre-show entertainment to claim your spot.

Parking

An event drop-off zone will be operational on the corner of Hospital and Art Gallery Roads. Limited metered parking is available on Mrs Macquaries Road and The Domain Carpark (operated by Wilson Carpark).

If you can't attend the event this year, you can catch it televised live on Channel 7 and 7plus.
