Did you know there are LOADS of cafes, restaurants and venues across Sydney where children can eat free at specific days and times?! Check out our list, organised by location, and take advantage of the awesome family deals on offer – particularly during the school holidays!

IMPORTANT NOTE: These details are correct at the time of publication (June 2024) but we recommend you check with the cafe/restaurant that they still have a deal in place before you go.

CBD

SkyFeast at Sydney Tower, CBD: Kids can enjoy a free meal at SkyFeast on their birthday! Valid for kids three to 12 years old.  

South Sydney

Club Engadine RSL: Another popular spot on Sundays, at Mike's Grill, they'll feed little ones for free with any main meal purchased over $20.

Eastern Suburbs

 

Bondi Trattoria: Enjoy an Italian meal in style. On Monday, kids go free at the classic Bondi institution, including one main and one dessert from the kid's menu. One child per adult eats free!

Easy Tiger: Head to Bondi Beach from 3 – 6 pm any day of the week for one free kids meal with every adult meal. Choose from chicken bao with coleslaw, steamed rice and steamed vegetables, grilled chicken with ginger shallot sauce, rice and veges, or tiger cubs noodles.

The Clovelly Hotel: Start the working week off with a free treat at The Cloey! Kids' meals are free on Mondays from 5 pm. The kids' meal is free along with any adult main meal purchase and includes an activity pack.
 

You can grab a free Little Nipper Meal (to the value of $11 off) when you purchase an adult meal at Bondi Pizza in Randwick (on Sundays) and Eastgardens (on Thursdays). 

Stop by The Paddington from Tuesday to Friday and kids can dine for free when you order a main meal over $30.

Greater Western Sydney

Dine in at Club Parramatta on Monday nights and kids will receive a free meal with every adult meal purchased to the value of $17 for members or $19 for visitors.

Penrith Panthers: Kids can grab a free meal every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at Kelly’s Brasserie. Conditions apply.
 

Five nights of free meals are on offer at Riverside Bar & Dining! Kids can score a free meal with every full-priced meal from Sunday to Thursday.

Kings Park Tavern, Blacktown: This popular local bistro offers a play area, huge outdoor space and a kids' eat-free deal on Wednesdays, including free drinks and ice cream.
 

​​​​​​MacArthur Tavern, Campbelltown: Kids eat free every Sunday with any full-priced main meal purchased.

Over at Club Merrylands, Villaggio offer free meals for the kiddos on Monday nights when you purchase an adult meal to the value of $20 or more.

Everyone's favourite family-friendly brewery, Marsden Brewhouse welcome families with their kids eat free on Fridays deal. 

The Porterhouse Bistro at Club Austral will sling free kids' meals your way every Tuesday night when you purchase a full-priced meal.
 

In the mood for pizza? Bondi Pizza in Parramatta offer free Little Nipper Meals (to the value of $11 off) when you purchase an adult meal on Thursdays.

Inner West

Canada Bay Club: On Monday and Tuesday nights from 6.30-9.30 pm, kids' meals are free when you flash your club members' card and purchase one adult main meal. Plus, enjoy free games on selected machines in the Kids’ Arcade.

Club Five Dock RSL: Members can dine at Dock & Co. on Friday nights and kids eat free with any main meal purchase. There is also a kids' play area.

North Shore/Northern Beaches

Great Northern Hotel, Chatswood: On Sundays, grab a free meal for the kids from the kid's menu for lunch and dinner. Occasionally, a clown is performing from 12-3 pm with face painting, balloon art, games, and loads of fun! Limit of two free kids meals (for under 15's) per main meal purchased.

Rashays, Dee Why: Come along to Dee Why's Rashays on Sundays where kids can grab a free meal all day! The freebie applies to Rashays Rewards cardholders. 

Also in Dee Why, the Dee Why Hotel will throw a free kids' meal your way with every paying adult meal.

Blue Gum Hotel, Waitara: If you're looking for free and delicious food on Saturdays, bring the family along to the Blue Gum Hotel where the kids can grab a meal on the house - winning!

The Brookvale Hotel know how to charm the kids (and spoil the parents!) with free lunch and dinner on Sundays!

Club Turramurra are more than happy to sling some free meals for the kiddies your way on Saturdays! Conditions apply.

Club Belrose offer free kids' meals on Sundays with the purchase of an adult meal - so good!

North West

TGI Fridays: If you live in Ryde or Mount Druitt, add TGI Fridays to your list of family restaurants asap! Their kids eat free deal runs from Monday to Thursday with the price of an adult meal.

Bondi Pizza in Macquarie Park offer free Little Nipper Meals (to the value of $11 off) when you purchase an adult meal on Thursdays.

Quakers Inn make family dining cheaper with their kids eat free deal on Sundays!
