What's on Board the New Toy Story 5 Airplane?

The fun doesn't stop at the tarmac. From 1 June 2026, Virgin Australia travellers can enjoy Toy Story 5-themed surprise giveaways, including complimentary Toy Story-themed colouring packs for children, plus access to the Toy Story series and more than 60 Disney movie classics through Virgin Australia's complimentary in-flight entertainment. 

A new in-flight Toy Story 5 game will also be available on all Virgin Australia domestic flights from 15 June to 19 July 2026, giving families the chance to enter a competition to win a Pixar-themed experience in Tokyo for them and up to three friends or family members. Tokyo, anyone? 

When Can Families Fly on the New Plane?

The Toy Story 5 aircraft will fly across Virgin Australia's domestic network over the coming months, ahead of Toy Story 5's launch in cinemas on 18 June 2026. Spotting it at your departure gate is going to become the new pre-flight game. 

Themed experiences will also roll out at airports and Virgin Australia lounges, so even the wait at the gate just got a whole lot more interesting. 

It's been more than 30 years since Woody first tumbled out of Andy's toy box, and now he's got his own plane. He's certainly earned it!
