Korea❜s Fully Loaded Toasties Have Arrived In Sydney

  • All Ages

If K-Pop is the hottest thing to come out of Korea, this has got to be a very close second. Toastie Smith is bringing their epic grilled sandwiches to Australia. Our native toastie game is strong and us locals know a good jaffle when we see one, but these fluffy, loaded sambos are a completely new comfort food sensation, even for us!

The concept is inspired by Isaac Toast, a 700 store-strong Korean fast-food chain who pioneered the concept and took this street food phenomenon to the next level.

Adopting the trend with a local twist, Toastie Smith has already attracted a cult following with Sydney-siders queueing for miles to sample the quirky, new culinary delight. Check out their mouth-watering Instagram to see why!

At Toastie Smith, each delicious creation is made to order by actual Le Cordon Bleu-trained chefs using thick brioche slices jam-packed with scrambled eggs and loads of toppings. The signature Eggsmith is topped with cheese, sesame slaw, spicy tomato relish, sweet corn, fish roe, chive and chipotle sauce. There are a few other tasty options including shichimi-spiced chicken, fried barramundi, wagyu beef, yakitori (with skewers!) and garlic mushrooms.

There are 10 Korean-style toasties on offer plus house-made sodas, smoothies with exotic combos like strawberry, pear, pineapple and chia, sides and coffee.

What started as a breakfast sandwich has now been embraced as a nifty all-day takeaway, so you can satisfy your toastie cravings with all the trimmings whenever you like!

Toastie Smith is open at Chatswood Interchange 8am - 5pm daily. Another outpost is opening at The Exchange at Darling Square on 16th September.
