The New Crown Eateries For Your Summer Date Nights

Smash open the piggy bank! Sydney's brand spanking new Crown complex at Barangaroo will come with a slew of uber fancy restaurants and bars in its tower dining precinct. Due to open this summer, 14 stylish venues are set to grace the new waterfront destination with spectacular views of Sydney Harbour, and the first of the inductees have already been revealed. 

Crown Sydney Nobu

Boasting ‘world-class culinary experiences with an array of cuisines and internationally renowned chefs’ the top-notch line-up includes the world-famous Japanese powerhouse Nobu - the third Australian restaurant for chef Nobu Matsuhisa, with Crown Melbourne and Crown Perth also home to his sublime, inventive mastery.

With English celebrity chef, Clare Smyth at the helm, On Core is the much-anticipated outpost of her Notting Hill eatery, and a’Mare run by Italian chef and restaurateur Alessandro Pavoni will deliver classic Italian fine food inspired by his traditional roots.

Crown Sydney Epicurean

At Epicurean 'diners can tailor their own unique taste journey' with nine open kitchens to choose from including a decadent chocolate fountain with white, dark and milk flavours!

Award-winning couple, chef Ross Lusted and Sunny Lusted, will launch Woodcut, creating a dining experience that focuses on Australian produce infused with rich, earthy flavours using unique cooking techniques with wood, charcoal and steam.

A glamorous new hotel bar with breath-taking waterfront views, TWR, will feature a lush outdoor terrace and a sophisticated piano bar. Bringing together ambience and opulence on a grand scale, this designer space will offer bespoke beverages and classic cocktails with a menu of stylish dishes.

Crown Sydney Omakase

Other acclaimed eateries will include Silks, showcasing the best in Cantonese cuisine including a range of exotic yum-cha style dumplings in a restaurant reminiscent of a Chinese mansion, and Omakase, an intimate 12-seat restaurant within the Nobu entrance. Sushi master Ryuichi Yoshii will bring his modern and creative sushi to Sydney, embracing the Omakase tradition where the chef chooses the courses. Chef Yoshii will prepare meals in front of diners for a personal experience.
