If there's one thing we know to be true, it's that Sydneysiders love themselves a little treat ensconced in a brown paper bag accompanying their weekend coffee. And the vast majority of the time, it's croissants rattling around in those bags, just waiting to be devoured.

From the humble ham and cheese to chocolate, almond and a host of fancier choices (salami and pickle, anyone?), we've diligently applied ourselves to rounding up the best cafes and bakeries serving croissants in Sydney (it's a tough job, but someone's gotta do it.)
