Campbelltown Billabong Parklands: Discover A Tropical Oasis For Families
The Campbelltown Billabong Parklands has been deemed a water wonderland with a slew of impressive features and a lush landscape inspired by the local Dharawal National Park and Georges River, reflecting the significance of the local environment and Aboriginal culture.
The four-hectare site is located at the corner of The Parkway and Moore-Oxley Bypass, Bradbury.
Campbelltown Billabong Parklands Highlights
Interactive Splash Play Area - featuring hand-sculpted rocks, rockpools, water fountains and water play equipment.
Children’s Pool - a fully accessible pool with ramp access going down to 1m deep and shallow beach entry with water fountain features. Note: closed during the winter season.
Billabong Pool - a 1m-1.8m deep pool with accessible ramp access, complemented by a cascading waterfall from the bridge. Note: closed during the winter season.
Picnic Huts & BBQs - enjoy shaded huts and picnic shelters with tables and seating, plus two dedicated undercover BBQ areas. The Billabong Parklands also features shade umbrellas, shade sails and established trees.
Public Art - Public artists Milne and Stonehouse were engaged to work with Council and the local Aboriginal community to develop a vision for Campbelltown Billabong Parklands. The Bridge was developed in consultation with key Aboriginal stakeholders and the Yirran Miigaydhu Weavers Group. The Entry Sign was developed in consultation with key Aboriginal stakeholders and artist Danielle Mate.
Entry Prices
Fees for the summer season (1 October - 31 March) are as follows:
- Child under 5: Free with a full-paying adult
- Child greater than 5 years or Concession: $5.40
- Adult: $8.10
- Family (2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children): $22.80
*The facility is free during the winter season

Campbelltown is actually only 35 minutes from beautiful south coast beaches of Bulli and Austinmer, it's a scenic drive through beautiful bushland. Much closer to the beach than many other parts of Sydney
