Let's be honest, the HSC can feel a bit like a family group project - and one that you probably didn’t volunteer for. If you've ever walked into your teenager's bedroom and discovered they are somehow "studying" while simultaneously watching TikTok, messaging friends and listening to music, you'll appreciate this one.

The HSC Support Zone also recognises the importance of wellbeing during the exam years, which we know is critical to their overall success. Students can access workshops focused on managing stress (in partnership with headspace), building resilience and reducing exam anxiety.

Because sometimes the biggest challenge is knowing how to manage the workload and dealing with the bumps along the road.
