If you know Poles, you'll know the pies have quite the reputation! The family-run Poles Patisserie has been serving up freshly baked favourites in Penrith for more than 30 years, building a devoted following for its buttery pastry, generous fillings and creative flavour combinations.

Now, the team is taking things up a notch with a whole new dining experience dedicated to its most talked-about creations.

Inspired by the golden age of 1950s American diners, the new Poles Pies concept promises a fun throwback to the days of classic cars, rock 'n' roll and roadside diners – only this time, the star of the show is a good old-fashioned Aussie pie.
