Eleven of Sydney's most sought-after dining establishments will share the spotlight with 15 esteemed local and international pitmasters.

Secure a cosy spot by the fire, where you can watch fascinating cooking demonstrations by culinary luminaries such as Lennox Hastie of Firedoor fame, MasterChef Australia 2021 runner-up Pete Campbell, and Dave Pynt from the Michelin-starred Burnt Ends in Singapore.

Pip Sumbak will present an immersive food experience featuring locally-sourced produce and raw fire cooking, while World BBQ Champion Sterling Smith, Pitmaster Brazil founder Daniel Lee, and Australia's celebrity pitmaster Jess Pryles will captivate spectators with their grilling prowess.

Exciting Lineup of Restaurants and Bars

The vibrant lineup also boasts a slew of street food heroes and innovative restaurants. Savour the distinct flavours of Sydney with Nola Smokehouse & Bar and Alibi Bar & Dining at Ovolo Woolloomooloo, who will serve a smorgasbord of dishes throughout the three-week event.
