Nura Diya Australia

The brand new immersive experience Nura Diya Australia will open just in time for Easter. Nura Diya Australia will feature 23 unique Aussie species. Get up close to our Australian animals, walk amongst Kangaroos, come paw-to-paw with our two Dingo pups, and walk amongst the tree canopy to see Koalas up high.

A number of these animals are among the oldest and most rare animals on earth. Immerse yourself in native Australian flora and fauna, connect with country, and reconnect with nature.

Wild Lights at Taronga is returning as part of Vivid Sydney with a brand-new line-up of captivating installations and lanterns inspired by Australia’s rare and miraculous wildlife. Best of all, Zoo Friends can get a discount on tickets!

The Wild Lights adventure will be elevated with the unveiling of a brand-new night trail in Nura Diya Australia - Taronga's brand-new immersive Australian habitat.

As part of Wild Lights' focus on caring for Country and driving change, this year's lanterns will showcase some of the nation's most iconic species and the landscapes they inhabit. The ever-popular Ample Projects Mini Beast collection will return alongside the new installations. Also contributed by Ample Projects are the breathtakingly beautiful interactive jellyfish blooms.
