From cryo-resorts inside vintage fridges to bustling typewriters-turned-newsrooms and Volkswagen Beetles powering mini energy revolutions, each display blends retro objects with intricate LEGO® worlds, bursting with tiny stories and endless details to discover.

It's the perfect mix of nostalgia, creativity and thought-provoking art that the whole family will enjoy.

RELICS Highlights

This immersive art experience at the Australian Museum includes:

  • 14 stunning LEGO® brick displays built inside retro treasures such as a VW Beetle and a jukebox
  • An interactive build space
  • Scavenger hunts for adults and kids

RELICS Dining Package

Top off your visit to the RELICS exhibition with a delicious lunch at Bistro Gadi. Located on Level 4 of the Australian Museum, the bistro offers a relaxed dining experience with sweeping views of Hyde Park, St Mary’s Cathedral, and Woolloomooloo Bay. The RELICS Dining Package includes a main dish and two sides of your choice from the Bistro Gadi market counter, along with a house beverage, plus entry to the exhibition, all for $60 pp. Available for lunch bookings Wednesday to Sunday, 11 am - 3 pm.
