Aladdin is stepping off the page and onto the stage in a spectacular two-hour production by the Victorian State Ballet. This family-friendly ballet reimagines the beloved tale, bringing it to life in a spectacular theatre experience that blends imagination, romance and dance.

The timeless story of Aladdin takes centre stage, taking audiences on a journey into a world of mystery, adventure and wonder. Created by acclaimed choreographers Michelle Cassar de Sierra and Martin Sierra, this stunning production draws inspiration from the legendary tales of Scheherazade and the sweeping score of Carl Davis, weaving together classical ballet with rich storytelling and theatrical magic.

Following the journey of Aladdin, the son of a deceased Chinese tailor living in ancient Arabia, the performance explores themes of truth, identity and love amid breathtaking moments. See the Genie of the Lamp emerge from a cave of dancing jewels, transforming the stage into a shimmering world of colour and movement!
