Open Air Live: A World-First Matildas Fan Event In Sydney

Following the runaway success of the epic 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup, three of the legends of the Matildas squad are returning to home soil for a unique world-first fan event.

Caitlin Foord will now replace Mary Fowler at this epic event, meaning you can expect to see Matilda superstars (and best friends IRL!) Mackenzie Arnold, Caitlin Foord and Alanna Kennedy headlining at Open Air Live - a historic, live-action experience coming to Sydney’s Commbank Stadium this summer.

The inaugural Open Air Live will give audiences exclusive access to some of Australia’s most celebrated sporting stars, as the Matildas standouts reunite in Sydney.

Hosted by Sports Anchor, James Bracey, fans will connect with the Matildas like never before, as the trio demonstrate their awe-inspiring skills in three separate masterclass sessions, and candidly share their personal journeys, illustrious careers, and unforgettable moments on the field.

The Matildas captured the hearts of Aussies young and old at the FIFA Women’s World Cup as record-breaking audiences tuned in from around the country. Open Air Live will give fans an exclusive opportunity to get up close to their Aussie heroes.
