City of Sydney Pools School Holiday Intensive Swimming Program

The program is structured to provide:

• Daily 30-minute lessons from Monday to Friday.
• Private 1:1 lesson option for personalized attention.

Children will learn a variety of skills, including:

• Starts: Mastering the dive from pool edge to starting block and achieving a streamlined position on entry.
• Stroke Specific: Understanding the key fundamentals of specific strokes, focusing on body position, kicking, arms, breathing, and timing.
• Turns and Finishes: Executing fast and precise turns and finishes for all strokes, learning the rules of swimming, and applying knowledge in races.
