Alphabetical Sydney: All Aboard!

'Alphabetical Sydney: All Aboard!' is an immersive musical production presented by Critical Stages Touring.

Inspired by the best-selling picture book by Hilary Bell and Antonia Pesenti, this captivating show invites audiences of all ages to embark on a journey around the world-renowned harbour city of Sydney.

Journey Around Sydney in a Whirlwind Musical Adventure

The story revolves around two guides: the chaotic Ibis and the order-loving Nanna. Together, they lead the audience on a whirlwind adventure, exploring the city one letter at a time. As spectators climb aboard the tour bus, they are whisked away on a vibrant and interactive exploration of Sydney's iconic landmarks, neighbourhoods, and cultural treasures.

 

The production combines various theatrical elements, including puppetry, theatre performances, songs, and creative play, all set to irresistible music composed by Greta Gertler Gold.

This musical experience provides an opportunity for both children and adults to engage with Sydney's cultural heritage and experience the magic of live theatre.
