Let's make some noise! Children aged 0-5 and their adults can explore, play and join in with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra in these Jams For Juniors musical workshops.

Presented by educator, composer and conductor Karen Kyriakou, these workshops are the perfect introduction to classical music! Get the 2026 4-pack and make music time a regular family adventure.

Melbourne Symphony Orchestra Presents Jams For Juniors

If your kids love to bang, shake, strum or dance to the beat of their own drum, the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra’s Jams for Juniors series is just the ticket! Designed especially for little music lovers, these fun, interactive 30-minute workshops are the perfect way to introduce kids to the joy of live music.

Led by the ever-energetic Karen Kyriakou, each session invites families to pull up a cushion, explore instruments, and play along as the MSO brings famous symphonies to life in a way that even the tiniest music lovers can enjoy. The hands-on sessions encourage kids to sing, clap, and dance along!

With a 2026 Jams for Juniors 4-Pack, families can secure a spot at four magical music workshops throughout the year. Whether it’s your baby’s first concert or your preschooler’s favourite outing, Jams for Juniors hits all the right notes.

All workshops take place at Iwaki Auditorium, and 1 pm sessions are Auslan interpreted, ensuring everyone can join in the fun. Please note: All attendees, big and small, require a ticket.
