Luna Park Introduces Luna Perks and Luna Play Ahead Of Reopening

Everyone’s favourite amusement park is preparing for its comeback on 26 June 2021, and there are plenty of ways to prepare for the re-launch! Following its extensive $30 million renovations, the iconic Harbourside Luna Park is coming back with a family-friendly bang, including a brand-new rollercoaster, Little Nipper, as well as limited edition annual passes, a new loyalty program called Luna Perks, and a new interactive gamification offering called Luna Play. Here’s what you need to know.

Annual Passes and Luna Perks

Luna Perks
The countdown is on to reopening—and there are tonnes of ways to get involved!

Sydneysider thrill-seekers can now officially start planning their trips to the new and improved Luna Park, by nabbing one of the new, limited Annual Passes.

There will be a limited amount of the $199 Annual Passes available in this first release, and those lucky enough to get their hands on one will have six months exclusive access to the benefits of the Park’s new loyalty program. Phew!

The Luna Perks Loyalty Program looks set to be an exclusive kinda club—which puts guests in control of racking up points to unlock special offers, food, toys, show bags and memorabilia as well as unforgettable experiences including the enviable opportunity to turn on those iconic Luna Park lights! The more you visit, the more rides you go on, the more fun you have and the more points you score.

Luna Perks will be exclusive to Annual Pass holders from June and all other guests from December 2021.

Luna Play

Luna Play
Luna Play is an innovative and interactive way of further immersing yourself in all that Luna Park has to offer.

Alongside new rides and upgraded facilities, an all-new interactive gamification offering called Luna Play is also hitting Luna Park.

The joys of Luna Play come in the shape of lots of interactive features that allow access to a digital world where guests can get onto the Luna Park Leaderboards, view a 3D interactive map of the entire park, buy their photos taken on the rides and a whole lot more. Plus, guests will be able to plan their day down to the rides they go on first, food and Showtime Performances—making it a must for all thrill-seekers!
