But just when you thought this Australian icon couldn't get any better, the park is set to unveil something that will have you rushing back for more. This December, brace yourselves for the Dream Circus, a $15 million spectacle that's all set to make your festive season unforgettable!

Luna Park is on the cusp of revealing a breathtaking new attraction that has everyone talking. The $15 million Dream Circus, ensconced within the park's iconic Big Top, is slated to welcome visitors on 22 December, providing a festive delight for families and adventure enthusiasts alike.

Conceived by Sydney's premier creative talents, including the collectives at Artists in Motion, TDC, and Auditoria, Dream Circus is a 45-minute immersive odyssey that aims to whisk attendees away to an enchanting universe. The 3000 square metre Big Top has undergone a metamorphosis with cutting-edge audiovisual technology, boasting Barco projections and motion-responsive LED screens, to forge an immersive 360-degree spectacle.

The Dream Circus will be opening its doors before Christmas 2023. 


John Hughes, the Chief Executive of Luna Park, expressed his enthusiasm for the venture: "We're elated to present Sydney with one of the most technologically sophisticated environments in Australia. This will elevate the venue to the forefront of immersive experiences, avant-garde live music, and special events."

He further highlighted the park's dedication to offering more than mere rides: "By augmenting our attractions with first-rate immersive experiences, we're ensuring that both residents and tourists need not venture far for these remarkable experiences. Our goal is to be an enchanting, accessible, and dependable destination for all ages."

Dream Circus is anticipated to attract around 50,000 visitors in its first summer.  Tickets are already available at $35 for children and $45 for adults. They can be secured via Luna Park's website or at the Sydney’s Immersive Big Top ticket booth from 22 December.
