Pinchy’s is all about bringing you sustainable and delicious lobster from Maine to Melbourne alongside sweet Alaskan King Crab. Their mission is redefining lobster, and what better place to do it than at gastro-favourite Emporium Melbourne!
The kitchen is led by ethically conscious head chef Thibult Boggio (former Vue De Monde), who has big plans to offer menu items such as smoked ocean trout, octopus and prawns. Currently, the roster of signature rolls including Alaskan king crab, Napoli prawn and wasabi prawn, will appear alongside the famous lobster roll, while Veuve Clicquot Brut and Rosé grace the drinks list.
