It’s Time to be a Hero these school holidays and help The PJ Masks on a mega mission to defeat the night-time baddies who have stolen the aquarium and zoo’s animals!

PJ Masks, We're on our Way!

Like most young kids, my two-year-old and four-year-old absolutely adore the PJ Masks and are enthralled with every mission and mystery Catboy, Owlette, and Gekko come across. So I was thrilled when I found out that the PJ Masks were coming to SEA LIFE on a nail-biting mission as I knew the boys would love every second of it, and they did.

First Stop, SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium

Get ready for squeals of excitement each time the sharks, stingrays and jellyfish pop up!

We followed the PJ Masks Activity Trail on an underwater adventure to help ‘Stop the Marine Mayhem’. The kids' mission was to return the kidnapped creatures back to the aquarium, including a shark, stingray, clownfish, starfish, penguin and jellyfish. The boys could pick out their favourite PJ Masks hero and were even given masks to kick the authenticity factor up!

The excitement on my boys' faces as we walked through the aquarium was priceless! Mr two-year-old pointed out every fish he saw along the way and got up close and personal with an octopus and a crocodile. Mr four-year-old was immediately engulfed in the PJ Masks activity booklet and wanted to save the kidnapped animals quick-smart! This is a great activity for school-aged kids.

The PJ Masks activity booklet was a huge hit!

Marine Mayhem activities along the way included Owlette’s Disaster in the Dark, where the kids can grab a torch and help find the missing creatures.

Catboy in Creature Calamity, where the boys turned the tiles to reveal the missing creatures after Romeo caused chaos with his Mix-up machine.

Lastly, Gekko in Colour Chaos. Luna Girl stole all the colour from the Ocean, so the boys' mission was to colour in and help restore the amazing colours to the underwater scene.

Next Up, WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo

Mr two-year-old was a bit unsure of the real-life Gekko.

After our SEA LIFE adventure, it was onto the WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo Koala Rooftop, where we got to meet the one and only Gekko - cue more squeals of excitement as Mr four-year-old ran straight over for a hi-five! Meeting Gekko was undoubtedly the highlight for him as he couldn't stop talking about him all the way home - “He's the real Gekko, Mum!”

Mr two-year-old was thrilled that we were also able to get up close with the koalas.

All in all, the PJ Masks Time to be a Hero mission is a fantastic school holiday activity for all ages. It was so nice to see the kids engulfed and excited by the activity booklet and Marine Mayhem stations along the way.
