A Brand New Legoland Resort Has Opened

If you’ve ever seen the pure, unbridled joy erupt across a child’s face when they open a fresh box of Lego, you might not be ready for their reaction when they see an entire resort dedicated to the ever-popular construction toy! 

Yep, a brand-new LEGOLAND Resort, aka an entire holiday destination dedicated to Lego, opened up earlier this year where they do everything bigger, and bolder, and they sure aren't shy about sticking to a theme!

LEGOLAND Resort New York

A state-of-the-art LEGOLAND Resort opened in New York earlier in 2022, and they’ve spared no detail when it comes to creating a magical mecca for Lego lovers around the world.

You’ll find the LEGOLAND mecca situated in Goshen, about 100km north of New York City, with the grounds spanning a mighty 520 acres. That’s a lot of space for a lot of Lego! 

The resort combines all the fixings of an epic-themed fun park with a 250-room hotel for families to rest their weary heads after a long day of exploring, building and whizzing around on rides.

The LEGOLAND Hotel

The hotel in itself is quite a spectacle to marvel at with Lego-themed rooms meticulously styled to follow all the Lego themes you know and love, including Pirate rooms, Kingdom rooms and NINJALEGO rooms.

Outside of the accommodations, there is no shortage of fun to be had with interactive features at every twist and turn. You’ll find themed sections, including Brick Street, nightly children’s entertainment, a family restaurant and a resort-style pool. There’s even a Skyline Cafe for the adults to enjoy a bit of R & R after a big day at the resort.

The LEGOLAND Theme Park

When it comes to Legoland park, you bet they’ve gone full tilt by designing every ride and experience ready to awe and delight.

With 50 unique rides, a building academy, Ninja training camp, a 4D cinema and a splash park, you might have a difficult time knowing where to start. The good news is, with the hotel nearby, you can catch up on some rest and begin the Lego fun all over again the next day.
