After the incredible success of last year’s pilot program, Auslan Santa is back for Christmas 2025, and this year, it’s bigger, better and available in more locations across Australia than ever before.

Scene to Believe has expanded its Auslan Santa program nationwide, ensuring more families can experience the joy of meeting a Santa who signs.

These heartwarming sessions are designed especially for children who use Auslan as their primary mode of communication, giving them the chance to share their Christmas wishes with a Santa who understands and communicates in their language. It’s a beautiful step toward creating more inclusive, accessible festive experiences for Aussie families.

What Makes Auslan Santa Sessions So Special?

Auslan Santa sessions go far beyond a standard Santa photo moment. They are thoughtfully structured, longer in duration, and supported by dedicated interpreters to make sure every child feels seen, heard and comfortable from start to finish.

Each Auslan Santa is an experienced Auslan communicator with genuine skill and sensitivity in interacting with children who sign. Their warm approach helps kids feel relaxed, confident and connected, creating truly magical memories that reflect the joy and inclusivity of the season.

With the program expanding to multiple locations across the country, families now have greater access to these inclusive experiences. Whether you’re in a major city or a regional area, there’s likely to be an Auslan Santa session near you.

This nationwide rollout reflects growing demand and the enthusiasm of families who embraced the pilot program in 2024.

Bookings Are Essential

Due to extremely high demand, online bookings are essential for Auslan Santa sessions. Appointments fill quickly each year, so families are encouraged to secure a spot early to avoid disappointment.
