A Fresh New Look for Pye Hill Reserve in Cecil Hills

Families in Cecil Hills have something to celebrate – Pye Hill Reserve has officially reopened with a fresh new look and plenty of features designed to bring the community together.

Thanks to an exciting upgrade delivered by Liverpool City Council and GJs Landscapes Pty Ltd, this local favourite has been transformed into a vibrant, inclusive playground that everyone can enjoy.

A Fresh New Look for Pye Hill Reserve in Cecil Hills

At the heart of the upgrade is a brand-new playground that's not just stylish but designed with all abilities in mind. Kids can climb, slide, swing and explore in a safe and welcoming environment that encourages imaginative play and active fun.

But the improvements don't stop at the play area. The reserve now includes new pathways for easy access, making it more inviting and accessible for everyone, whether you're pushing a pram, riding a scooter or simply enjoying a stroll. Families can take a break under the shade sails, relax at new picnic tables, or catch up with friends in the beautifully landscaped seating areas.

A brand-new amenity block and convenient car park round out the upgrade, making it easier than ever for families and visitors to stay and play.

With its thoughtful design and community-focused features, Pye Hill Reserve is now a welcoming haven for outdoor fun, connection and relaxation. 

Pye Hill Reserve Opening Ceremony

The official opening ceremony for Pye Hill Reserve Playground is scheduled for 23 August 2025 from 10 am to 11 am, but the revitalised space is open and ready to be enjoyed by all in the meantime!
