From early morning caffeine fixes to late-night bites, Sydney's new Park St Diner runs on an all-day dining rhythm. Breakfast rolls straight into lunch, lunch drifts into dinner, and somehow you're still there when the lighting gets moodier, and the drinks menu starts calling your name.

The New Park St Menu Goes Big (As It Should)

The food doesn't hold back. Expect diner staples dialled up with The Grounds' signature flair, generous plates, crowd-pleasing flavours, and zero interest in doing anything halfway.

Breakfast covers the heavy hitters: eggs your way, avocado toast, and a honey-butter pancake stack that arrives thick, golden, and unapologetically indulgent. There's also a bacon and egg burger doing exactly what it needs to do — no notes.

Lunch and dinner lean into stacked sandwiches and burgers, including BBQ-loaded options and hearty chicken burgers that feel very on-brand for the whole American diner moment.

Fries are non-negotiable, jaffles make an appearance (with hot honey and chilli, because subtlety isn't invited), and there are baked goods and café staples rounding things out.
