I took my 7 and 9 year old to this tonight and was very disappointed. It claims to be suited to children aged 3-8. I think a more accurate window would be 3-5. The set up was a shambles, and so crammed, with no sound insulation. So when we were supposedly on our flight to the North Pole all we could hear were the noisy crowd outside waiting to enter the room we were in. Most of the experience relies on A1 and the kids lost interest very quickly. They were delayed at every room change, so any joke / setup failed and we were asked to wait patiently. The website claims you might like to spend a long time wandering through the North Pole post office - which is a tiny gift shop (down the street!) packed with expensive lollies, cans of water for $5 and $3 pens - for the kids to write their letters to Santa! The website also tells you to wear comfortable walking shoes, but there was very little walking - we were just herded from one tiny room to the next. Then at the end you get one small photo printed. I used to think the Santa photos were a rip off - but at least you get multiple copies, plus keyrings / magnets / gift tags and a digital photo too. This cost twice the price and there was one photo included.
