Vivid Kids At Tumbalong Park

Every Saturday at 5 pm, Tumbalong Park will be transformed into a festival of song, dance and play, under the bright lights that we’ve come to know and love at Vivid Sydney. 

Vivid Kids switches on for families on Saturday 24 May with a powerful celebration of Australia’s Pacific Island community. We're talking about the group known for its reggae, soul, and hip-hop from the islands, PASIFIX.

Then, over four weeks, your family will be treated to a dazzling display of award-winning artists such as:

Whistle & Trick: The female duo from Melbourne who love to sing, play music, dance and stretch your child’s imagination. 

Emily Who: This much-loved Aussie children’s performer is hitting the stage to share all the fun, with plenty of singing, dancing, and laughter along the way. Pop on your favourite dungarees and join the crowd for a toe-tapping set that’s sure to get the whole family moving. 

Vegetable Plot: Go green and bop along to the eco-conscious tunes that teach your children about the benefits of kindness, sustainability and the power of plants.

Light Up Your Life

The roundup of shows promises to be high energy, full of interactivity and storytelling, and we promise a few laughs for the parents, too.

Get down there early each Saturday for the Light Walk adventure and make a night of it as you explore stunning light installations, a ferry ride with front-row action to the lights, and you may even treat the family to a delicious meal at one of the many harbourside restaurants.

Now in its 15th year, Vivid Sydney never fails to disappoint, and with this year’s theme being ‘Dream’, we are anticipating a spectacular event that certainly won’t put anyone to sleep!
