What's on at the Sydney Gluten-Free Expo 2026?

Run by Coeliac Australia, the Expo is back at Royal Randwick Racecourse on 15-16 August 2026 for two full days, where every single thing on offer is safe to eat, no label-checking required! For families who live with coeliac disease, that freedom alone is worth the trip.

The food is the obvious drawcard: fresh pastries, pizza, snacks, desserts, and craft beer, with free tastings and exclusive deals from exhibitors across the floor. But there's a lot more going on beyond the shopping. Live cooking demonstrations give you ideas to take home, while medical and dietary experts present the latest research and practical advice on managing coeliac disease. 

For the kids, there's a dedicated zone to keep them entertained while you browse at your own pace, plus daily hamper prizes to be won. The first 2,250 through the gates each day score a FREE showbag packed with gluten-free goodies, so arriving early has its rewards.

Every ticket purchased goes directly back to Coeliac Australia's work supporting Australians living with the condition, so the whole day pulls its weight well beyond just a good afternoon out.
