The 2025 Sydney International On-Water Boat Show: A Splash-Tastic Family Day Out

With 150+ luxury vessels displayed on a purpose-built marina in Cockle Bay plus a new Discover Boating Festival Hub, this year's Sydney International On-Water Boat Show at Darling Harbour is the perfect day out for families who love life on the water.

Whether you're a seasoned sailor, weekend fisher, or just a fan of floating fun, the 2025 Sydney International On-Water Boat Show is cruising into Darling Harbour this summer for a weekend of aquatic action and splash-tastic surprises. From 13 to 16 November, Darling Harbour will transform into a nautical wonderland packed with luxury vessels, onshore entertainment, live music and delicious food. 

What's On For Families at the Sydney Boat Show

More than 150 luxury boats will take centre stage on a purpose-built marina in Cockle Bay, creating an impressive floating playground for boating enthusiasts and curious onlookers alike. From sleek motor yachts and family-friendly cruisers to innovative sailing boats and cutting-edge marine tech, there’s a vessel to capture every imagination. You can browse, buy or even charter your dream boat, or simply marvel at the craftsmanship and creativity that go into these incredible machines.

Onshore, the excitement continues across Palm Grove, Tumbalong Boulevard and Tumbalong Park, where the new Discover Boating Festival Hub will come to life. Expect interactive activations for the whole family, roving entertainment, live music and stacks of family-friendly fun.

There’ll also be plenty to tempt the taste buds, with gourmet food stalls, wine masterclasses and a laid-back festival atmosphere perfect for springtime.

All tickets include entry to the Discover Boating Festival Hub, so you can make a full day of it, exploring, tasting, relaxing and enjoying everything the show has to offer.

               10 am - 7 pm Thursday to Saturday | 10 am to 6 pm Sunday
Cost:      General Admission Early Bird $32 plus booking fee. Early-bird tickets are available until 22 October 2025
                Children under 16 are FREE when accompanied by a paying adult
