Strathfield Spring Festival Is Back With Bluey, Bingo And a Full Day Of Fun


After a two-year hiatus, Strathfield Council's much-loved Spring Festival is making a comeback - and it's going to be huge! Bring the whole family to Strathfield Park on Saturday 5 September for a full day of activities and entertainment, including carnival rides, market stalls, food, pony rides, roving entertainers, sports activations and some very special guests for the little ones.

The Spring Festival is a perfect way to ring in the new season and celebrate the vibrant spirit of the local community, plus entry is free. 

Strathfield Spring Festival Is Back With Bluey, Bingo And a Full Day Of Fun

Spring is bursting into bloom in Sydney's Inner West, and there's no better way to embrace it than at the Strathfield Spring Festival. Returning this September, this colourful community celebration transforms Strathfield Park into a hub of family entertainment, carnival thrills, delicious food and a special visit from everyone's favourite blue heelers.

Drawing more than 20,000 visitors from across Sydney each year, Strathfield's biggest annual event is the perfect excuse to gather the family, soak up the sunshine and celebrate the arrival of spring.

Meet Bluey & Bingo at the Strathfield Spring Festival

Guess who's headlining? Wackadoo! Everyone's favourite sisters, Bluey and Bingo, are heading to the Strathfield Spring Festival for a live interactive experience that will delight young fans.

Families can also enjoy special Meet and Greet sessions with Bluey and Bingo throughout the day. These sessions are super popular, and places are limited, so bookings are essential. Ticket registrations open on Tuesday 25 August, so keep your eyes peeled on the Strathfield Council website.

Carnival Rides, Pony Rides, Entertainment & So Much More

Strathfield's Spring Festival will be bursting with fun and surprises around every corner, so you can spend the whole day exploring and keep the kids thoroughly entertained. They can race through inflatable obstacle courses, climb aboard exciting amusement rides, enjoy face painting, ride ponies and get involved in hands-on planting workshops that celebrate the season.

Live performances and roving entertainers will keep the festival vibes high throughout the day, while sports activations will get families to jump in and have a go. There is plenty of room to run free or sit down for a picnic in the surrounding parklands.

Wander through market stalls, sample delicious cuisine and enjoy a program of live performances with a relaxed and joyful family day outdoors and celebrate Strathfield's rich multicultural community at one of Sydney's favourite annual festivals.
