PlayScapes at the Museum of Sydney

A virtual and physical playground will be created at the Museum of Sydney as a celebration of Museums of History NSW's season of play. The activities will stimulate your imagination, encourage creativity, innovation, problem-solving, and explore the possibilities of play.

Through Playscapes, participants are offered a stimulating series of physically, cognitively, emotionally, and socially stimulating activities. Colours and patterns embody and represent Sydney's diverse and inspiring playground. These interactive playscapes allow children to build and reimagine.

Come along and use your imagination to build and create your own playscape with a sprinkling of digital magic. The city is your playground.

PlayScapes has been developed in collaboration with Junior Major and Beastman. There’s no better duo to introduce your family to the many layers and dimensions of the world of art and play!
