Play School Live in Concert: Once Upon A Time Touring NSW This Spring

Kids Promotions, in association with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, is thrilled to announce Australia’s most beloved children’s television program, Play School, will be touring across NSW this spring with their brand new show, Once Upon A Time.

As with all of Play School’s concerts, Once Upon A Time will be hosted by two Play School presenters, along with the show's real stars: the toys. All your favourite Play School characters, including  Big Ted, Little Ted, Jemima, Humpty and Kiya, will take you on a journey filled with surprises hidden within colourful boxes.

In this exciting new production, classic nursery rhyme characters come to life as the pages of the storybook are turned in an enchanting adventure filled with stories, songs and dance. Sing along to all your favourite nursery rhymes such as Little Miss Muffett, Incy Wincy Spider, Humpty Dumpty, Der Glumph and Heads and Shoulders.

The interactive 40-minute live concert is packed with fun and surprises for everyone, designed to inspire movement, and complemented by quiet times to encourage children to watch and listen.

Play School is Australia’s longest-running children’s television program. The show’s transition from behind the television to live on stage is designed to entertain, educate and enliven pre-schoolers - and their parents! Once Upon A Time will captivate young audiences with participation, imagination and joy.

Play School merchandise will also be sold at the concerts.

• Menai - Saturday 27 September
• Cammeray - Sunday 28 September
• Ettalong Beach - Monday 29 September
• Mt Pritchard - Tuesday 30 September
• Burwood - Friday 3 October
• Wollongong - Saturday 4 October
• Castle Hill - Sunday 5 October

Marking the final leg of the 2025 National Tour, these NSW shows are the last chance for families to experience the wonder of Play School LIVE this year.

Cost:      General Admission - $30 per ticket + $8.80 processing fee per booking
               Children under 12 months FREE
