Parramatta Lanes is Back With Eats, Beats & Art

Parramatta is getting ready to throw one seriously big street party! Parramatta Lanes returns from 21-24 October 2026, celebrating its 15th year with four colourful nights of food, music, art and unexpected adventures tucked throughout the CBD.

More than 20 festival sites will transform laneways, rooftops and public spaces into a sprawling playground of things to see, taste and discover. Families can wander from one precinct to the next, checking out large-scale art installations, illuminated displays, immersive artworks and live performances, with something different waiting around practically every corner.

What's On at Parramatta Lanes 2026

The festival is expanding again for 2026, with a bigger Latin Quarter plus the new Concrete Plaza, which will bring skateboarding action into the mix. The arts program is shaping up to be particularly fun for kids, with larger-than-life inflatable creations and interactive experiences including The Great Putty Pop-Up: Art Mini Golf.

Then, of course, there's the food. Street-food stalls will dish up flavours from around the globe, while stages across the city will host a huge program of local and international artists. The full Eats, Beats and Art line-ups are still being revealed, so there's plenty more to come.

While Parramatta Lanes certainly keeps partying after dark, families can head in from 5 pm to soak up the atmosphere, grab dinner and explore the installations before little legs run out of steam.

Good to know: With road and car park closures expected during the festival, public transport is likely to be the easiest option for families.
