Parramatta Lanes is Back With Eats, Beats & Art This Weekend

It's that time of year again when the heart of Western Sydney comes alive with eats, beats, and art. Parramatta Lanes is back for 2025, and this year's edition is bigger, bolder, and brighter than ever! 

With 20+ festival sites, over 80 street food stalls, 10 live music stages, pop-up bars, and jaw-dropping art installations, this four-day event will hit all the right notes. 

Parramatta Lanes is Back With Eats, Beats & Art This Weekend

Parramatta hosts a FREE city-sized festival this weekend as the city centre is transformed into a playground of flavour, sound and colour. 

Over 80 street-food stalls and pop-up bars will be serving everything from sizzling skewers and smash burgers to matcha desserts and knafeh, and 10+ music stages will see 200+ local and international acts covering genres from indie and punk through to hip-hop and global beats.

Illuminated installations, giant sculptures, aerial shows and pop-up performance spots will give the whole family plenty to enjoy throughout the precinct, including dance battles, karaoke, interactive art and even wrestling pop-ups!

Eats

Foodies, brace yourselves. Parramatta Lanes 2025 is dishing up a world of flavour, serving everything from crispy fried chicken and smash burgers to Filipino-style sizzling skewers, matcha desserts, gooey pastries and global street food favourites. The good times continue with fun festival drinks.

Explore delicious highlights like Black Light Dessert Lab, Spudhole, Yummy Yummy Knafeh, Hoy Pinoy, Blackbear BBQ, Tokyo Tacos, KOI and Nonna Maria Tiramisu. For something truly unforgettable, book in for the festival’s first-ever Boodle Fight – an epic Filipino feast served on banana leaves with a different menu every night.

Beats

When the sun goes down, Parramatta lights up with sound. This year’s Beats program is stacked with musicians and DJs performing across multiple stages, with a fresh lineup every night.

Expect genre-defying sounds spanning hardstyle, hip hop, punk, jazz, Afrobeats and experimental music. Each stage has its own unique energy, so whether you’re chasing big beats or discovering something new, there’s a sound for every mood.

Art

Art takes over the streets of Parramatta as a living gallery of bold, playful and thought-provoking installations comes to life. Wander through illuminated laneways and discover creative works that surprise and inspire at every turn. This year’s program goes beyond the expected with interactive pop-ups and performances designed to get you moving, making and marvelling.

Don't miss the K-Pop Random Dance Play and CLIPPED Karaoke at Parramatta Square. From hands-on workshops to spontaneous performances, Parramatta Lanes 2025 is an explosion of culture, community and creativity lighting up Western Sydney!
