Sydney❜s Ghost Festival Returns to The Rocks

Calling all Halloween fans and spooky savants to The Rocks this October for the return of last year's incredibly popular Ghost in the Rocks Festival.

Sydney’s spookiest street festival is back—bigger, bolder and badder than ever! From 30 October to 2 November 2025, The Rocks will transform into a haunted playground packed with wild parties, immersive theatre, spooky markets, and ghoulishly good food and cocktails.

With free entry and something for every ghost and ghoul, this is Halloween done Sydney-style.

Ghost in the Rocks Festival 2025

Wander through Poliakov’s Haunted Woods for devilish eats from cult favourites like Messina and Gong Cha, plus chilling cocktails at the Vodka Bar.

Shop eerie artisan wares at the Halloween Market, where pumpkin spice meets black magic as day turns to night. Dare to brave the Ghost Cinema at Cadman's Cottage with cult horror flicks, live performers, and jump scares under the stars.

Party-lovers can hit the infamous House of Horrors Party, a multi-level haunted house turned dance floor with DJs and themed rooms, or slip into the Murder Cocktail Bar—a 1930s-style speakeasy hiding live retro tunes and a chilling murder mystery experience.

Before you go, glam up at The Crossing Lane with professional SFX makeup, then capture your creepiest look at Reese’s Ghouls Gate 360° booth for your shot at Sydney’s best costume crown.

With live music, epic costumes, street shows, and over-the-top Halloween fun, Ghost in the Rocks is an unmissable four-night fright-fest.
