The 6-course culinary extravaganza is meticulously crafted to highlight Australia's finest oysters and promises to be an unforgettable event full of gastronomic delights, coupled with exceptional gin pairings.

Oyster experts, East 33, will showcase their finest oyster-based dishes throughout the degustation alongside a menu created by the by Fassnidge team. Complementing this culinary journey, the award-winning Poor Toms Gin will provide the perfect accompaniment with exceptional gin varieties to enhance the flavours and elevate the overall dining experience.

To top off the extraordinary experience, guests will enjoy live music and a vibrant atmosphere in the Sun Parlour and Balcony of The Castlereagh by Fassnidge venue, plus there will be an expert-led masterclass on oyster selection and pairing.
