Last Splash at Blacktown Aquatic Centre

Blacktown Aquatic Centre is celebrating an incredible 65 years with one final pool party before its major makeover begins. The Last Splash is taking over the centre on Saturday 10 October 2026, with free entry all day and an afternoon packed with family fun.

Make a Splash at Blacktown Aquatic Centre's Big Farewell

From 12 pm to 4 pm, kids can bounce and splash across pool inflatables, get their faces painted, meet some fascinating reptiles, and enjoy live music. It's a chance for local families to squeeze in one last swim and say goodbye to the much-loved centre before it closes at 5 pm on Sunday 11 October.

The farewell marks the start of an exciting new chapter, with a $77.2 million redevelopment set to transform Blacktown Aquatic Centre into a modern facility for Western Sydney's growing community.
