Festival of Mosman: Encore is bringing six days of free family-friendly events, live music, food, arts, culture and community fun to Mosman!

Encore is packed with things to do for families, including the delicious SpringFeast Night Market, lively Encore Street Party and the colourful Children's Fair, plus Songs & Stories at Headland Park and Art Unleashed at Mosman Art Gallery.

With free entertainment and activities taking place across Mosman, this spring festival is the perfect excuse to discover the area, enjoy local talent and embrace the season.

Festival of Mosman: Encore 2026 is an Action-Packed Six-Day Celebration

Mosman is turning up the volume with free family fun, live entertainment, food, arts and community spirit at the Festival of Mosman: Encore, running over 6 jam-packed days from Thursday 22 to Tuesday 27 October 2026.

Bringing together some of the festival's most popular events, plus exciting new additions, Encore boasts a vibrant program of cultural and creative experiences to get families out and about, enjoying the neighbourhood.

From the flavours and live entertainment of the SpringFeast Night Market to the buzzing Middle Head Road Street Party and Community Concert, plenty is happening across the festival - and it's free!

SpringFeast Night Market

Thursday 22 October 2026 | 4.30 pm – 9 pm
Kick off Festival of Mosman: Encore at the SpringFeast Night Market with a celebration packed with food, live music, roving entertainment and family-friendly fun. Browse exciting stalls featuring handcrafted artisanal goods and kids' activities, soak up the lively atmosphere and grab something delicious as you explore Mosman Square and Village Green.

Encore Street Party

Friday 23 October 2026 | 5 pm – 8.30 pm
Middle Head Road becomes a lively festival hub on Friday night for the Encore Street Party, jamming with live music, food and sideshow fun. Local bands will perform live, and there's plenty to keep families entertained between sets, including airbrush tattoos, a Glitter Bar and classic arcade games.

Encore Street Party & Community Concert

Saturday 24 October 2026 | 1 pm – 8.30 pm
Saturday brings an even bigger celebration, with two stages of live entertainment all day at the Encore Street Party & Community Concert. Join an interactive Zumba session and dance along to live shows and DJs. Kids can head to the dedicated Fun Zone for free hair braiding and face painting, then join the Kids Karaoke Dance Party!

Children's Fair 2026

Tuesday 27 October 2026 | 10 am –12 pm
Round up the little ones for a morning of hands-on fun at the popular Children's Fair at Mosman Square and Village Green. Kids can meet real reptiles, get creative with face painting and art sessions, have a go at drumming, settle in for story time, enjoy fun rides and laugh along with the Bubble Man Show.

Songs & Stories at Headland Park

Sunday 25 October 2026 | 11 am - 3 pm
Spend a relaxed day at Songs & Stories at Headland Park with tales, music and creativity. Marvel at The Giants, a large-scale puppet performance and workshop by Curious Legends; help create Walangari's sand painting, explore the playful Musical Garden by Junkyard Beats; or try painting, weaving, a guided bush walk and garden games.

Art Unleashed

Monday 26 October 2026 | 6 pm - 9 pm
For one night only, Art Unleashed transforms Mosman Art Gallery into a vibrant playground of music, performance, creativity and surprise. Dance to live sets from Queen Bee DJ Collective and Kaunta Band, dive into hands-on art experiences and discover immersive theatre featuring illuminated puppets, roaming performers, live music and plenty of playful mischief. 

With six free events spread across six days, Festival of Mosman: Encore offers plenty of ways for Sydney families to discover local food, music, art, culture and community.
