Ed. Square's Winterfest Is Back This August

Ed. Square's Winterfest will be a hive of activity throughout August with glow-in-the-dark themed discos under the stars, supervised kids' movie sessions at EVENT Cinemas (allowing mum and dad to shop or enjoy a dinner date kid-free!), delicious snow-cone giveaways, glow-in-the-dark face painting, balloon shaping, and endless roaming entertainment, including neon robots, glowing ballerinas, and walking neon frames.

For the grown-ups, there are Sip & Paint classes at Subset 27 and live performances by local talent Red Roy.

Plus, spend $40 or more at participating dining retailers from August 1-15 and receive a $20 Eat Street Food voucher for your next visit to Ed. Square in August. What a scoop!

Winterfest Schedule of Events

Ed.’s Winterfest Launch Event, Friday 2 August from 6 pm

• Ed’s under-the-stars Glow Disco – Swiftie Fever (Taylor Swift theme)
• FREE hot chocolate giveaways from Meet & Eat Entertainment by the roaming Jazz Bugs Trio

Thursday 8, 15 and 22 August from 7 pm

• Sip & Paint classes @ Subset 27 (18+ event, bookings required)

Thursday 8, 15 and 22 August from 5 pm – 8 pm

• Ed.’s Free snow cone giveaway cart

Friday 9, 16 and 23 August

• Ed.’s under-the-stars Glow Disco evening, themes include: Superheroes Spectacular, Winter Magic Fest and Best of the 80’s 7 90’s Tunes

Saturday 3, 10, 17 and 24 August from 5 pm

• FREE Kids Movie nights at EVENT Cinemas Schedule: Inside Out 2, The Sloth Lane, Despicable Me 4 and 200% Wolf (bookings required)
• Live music by local talent Red Roy @ Eat Street courtyard
• Roaming characters (neon robots, neon ballerinas, snow queens on stilts, walking neon frames)

Sunday 4 and 11 August from 5 pm

• Glow-in-the-dark face painting

Sunday 18 and 25 August from 5 pm

• Glow-in-the-dark balloon shaping
