Things to do with Kids on Daydream Island

The Living Reef is a family ‘must-do’ on the island. This free-form coral 200-metre lagoon is home to over 100 species of local marine life. Think of it as an accessible extension to the Great Barrier Reef. It offers kids a safe snorkelling experience, plus plenty of opportunities for reef education in the underwater observatory.

For adventure-loving kids, they’ll be delighted by the range of water-based activities on offer from kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding to snorkelling and sailing. You’re not dreaming, you can get this close to marine life at the Living Reef!
