Since 2001, this iconic Sydney sweet spot has been entertaining families, foodies, and curious passers-by with mesmerising live traditional candy sculpting, all served with a side of fun and a guaranteed sample at the end.

Every batch created at Sticky is unique, and that's part of the thrill. Some designs come together quickly, while others take up to two hours - it's edible art in the making! Because every day and batch is different, there are no set start times, but your best window to catch a live traditional candy-making demonstration is Monday to Sunday between 9.30 am and 1 pm, and again between 2 and 5 pm.

Sticky typically creates three batches in the morning and three in the afternoon, so your chances of seeing the magic happen are deliciously high. And if you pop in during a quiet moment, ask the super-friendly team when the next pot is being poured.
