Visitors can look forward to cooking demonstrations from some of Australia’s favourite chefs, including Kylie Kwong, Colin Fassnidge, George Calombaris, Elena Duggan, and Attica’s Ben Shewry. Each will showcase creative dishes using native Australian ingredients, with plenty of inspiration for family meals at home.

Little foodies and curious minds will love seeing how bushfoods are transformed into tasty dishes, hearing stories from First Nations Elders, and exploring stalls from Indigenous-owned businesses such as Yaala Sparkling, Native Botanical Brewery, and Kungkas Can Cook. From lemon myrtle chicken to clever lunchbox ideas using bushfoods, the weekend is all about discovering new flavours and celebrating the stories behind them.

With music, art, food stalls, and hands-on learning, the Australian Native Food Festival offers an immersive way for families to connect with culture while enjoying a delicious day out!
