Join Australia’s largest FREE celebration of summer, showcasing Australian artists and talents against the spectacular natural beauty of the St Kilda foreshore in Melbourne, one of the world’s most liveable cities! 

Brought to you by the City of Port Phillip, the St Kilda Festival attracts more than 400,000 people who fill the streets of St Kilda (which are closed to all traffic) where the hottest Australian musicians play over ten music stages.

Be entertained by a huge array of performances, workshops and events, from kids’ entertainment to live wrestling, dance classes, community activities, buskers, food trucks and a whole lot more.

In its 40th year, St Kilda Festival has become Australia's largest music festival. Crowds are expected to top 40,000 on the day, and the full line-up includes 60+ bands and DJ sets from some of the country's hottest young talent.

Lineup includes local rockers Face Face, synth duo Juno Disco, rapper Mikhaell, folk-rockers The Hunter Express, post-punk band Dr Sure’s Unusual Practice, garage rock five-piece Hannah Kate, psych-pop outfit Messy Mammals, garage trio Bad Bangs, pop singer-songwriter Francesca Gonzales and rock band RAT!Hammock.
