Bright minds start early, so Melbourne Museum is helping your little ones wake up to play opening an hour early five days a week with Play Box, a new program for toddlers presented by Biostime.
From Tuesday to Saturday every wee,k they're offering early starts for early learners. Toddlers and their guardians can find the Play Box in a new Museum location every season, with an exciting world of play inside based on a changing theme.
Play helps children learn and make sense of the world. Play Box is a fun, safe opportunity to ignite your little one’s curiosity, provide a sense of adventure and encourage them to experiment and connect with the world.
This season’s theme is taking us outside for summer! Head out to the North Terrace for nature-based play including planter boxes, play tents and a wooden kitchen.
Suitable for ages 1–3, with guardian supervision. Due to the outdoor nature of this season of Play Box, please consider packing sunscreen and a hat for your little learner. In the case of wet, windy or otherwise extreme weather, an alternate location will be used.

When: Every Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 10am.
