Start your engines, Melbourne! An exciting new F1® LEGO® experience is zooming into LEGOLAND Discovery Centre this March and it is the only place in Australia where families can experience this.

Build the Thrill at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre

LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Melbourne is shifting into high gear for the ultimate LEGO® F1® experience!

Running from 13 March to 27 April, Build the Thrill will unveil a jaw-dropping, 3D Brick-built LEGO® F1® car created with a whopping 21,717 bricks, as well as 10,000 buildable LEGO® race cars and 15,000 Minifigure helmets.

Aspiring racers can grab a Pit Pass, pick an F1® team, and build their own Minifigure driver before designing a custom LEGO® F1® race car. With Master Model Builders and Playmakers on hand to offer expert tips, there’s plenty of fuel for creativity! Competitors will go wheel to wheel, tackle pit stop challenges, and race for pole position. Once the chequered flag drops, champions can step onto the Build the Thrill podium and soak in the glory.

The adrenalin-pumping excitement continues with interactive challenges, exclusive LEGO® F1® displays in Miniland, and epic photo opportunities throughout the event.

Entry to Build the Thrill is included with general admission, but like any great F1® race, this event will speed by before you know it so book your tickets now! Double the fun with the Melbourne Big Ticket, which includes entry to both SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium and LEGOLAND Discovery Centre.

High-octane Adult Night

Grown ups, we’ve got you covered too! For those looking for a night out with a difference, put pedal to the metal at Adult Night on 14 March from 6 - 9 pm. It's a unique kids-free zone where LEGO® lovers and speed enthusiasts can tackle build challenges, race to victory, and celebrate like champions.
