There are holiday villas and then there are luxurious holiday villas that blow the others out of the water. Lilypad is the latter - this luxury floating villa is unlike anything we've ever seen in Australia. And it's right on our doorstep in Palm Beach, via sea plane of course.
Moored off the sandy shores of Palm Beach just 100 metres from her private wharf, the villa sleeps only two (sorry kids) but is designed for entertaining. Listen to this - it's decked out with a 40-bottle humidity controlled wine cellar, a private chef and offers on-board spa treatments.
But don't just stay inside, get out on the water with the complimentary paddleboards, snorkel gear and a floating daybeds. Now we're talking!
What's The Catch?
Okay, so it's not exacly an Airbnb style affair, the villa is available to ten members only and you must sign up and be approved by the end of January 2019. Start selling off your assets because membership packages will cost you $3600 per month on a 12-month contract ($43,200 year) giving you 18 annual uses of the venue. For the thrifty planners, if you go 18 times, it works out to $2400 a visit. Worth it? Click here to put your details down. Make sure you invite me, I don't get sea sick...
