Try and find someone who doesn't like waffles - we'll wait. Waffles are one of those foods that are enjoyable at any time of the day. From a sweet addition at brunch to an oozy chocolate dessert after dinner, those Belgians certainly know the way to our hearts and our stomachs.

Manly's newest cafe on the scene, Little Shop of Waffles wholeheartedly agree that waffles are amazing at any time of the day, which is why they've got an entire cafe dedicated to the sweet treat, but they're doing waffles a little differently. 

Little Shop of Waffles is Sydney's first bubble waffle cafe specialising in bubble waffles, Hong Kong's famous street snack. Much like your usual run-of-the-mill waffles, bubble waffles are made with delicious batter that somehow has that magical crunch, however, Little Shop of Waffles bake their waffles into little pockets of bubbly goodness. 

Little Shop of Waffles are yet to release their full menu but we snuck a peek at their delicious offerings and we can confirm that they've got chocolate and ice cream combos, fruit-infused waffle cones and delicious gelato flavours to top off all that sugary goodness!

You can stop in for a waffle cone at Little Shop of Waffles from Wed-Fri 9 am to 5 pm, Sat-Sun 11 am to 6 pm at 7 The Corso, Manly. Visit their Facebook page for more info.
