Cafe Free Are Serving Gluten & Lactose-Free Freakshakes In Sydney

Cafe Free in Neutral Bay has put an end to the FOMO suffered by people with special dietary requirements across Sydney. Are you lactose intolerant or gluten-free? Never again do you have to watch your milk and bread eating friends chowing down on the latest food craze or sipping an over-the-top milkshake whilst you watch on empty-handed... all you have to do is head to the North Shore.

Don't Worry: They're Not Free Of Flavour!

Cafe Free has a totally Instagrammable menu that specialises in offering indulgent, delicious gluten and lactose-free treats. Items include vanilla waffles with salted caramel pears and caramel popcorn, house made hot chocolates, milkshakes (that are totally freakshakes in our opinion!), pancakes, cinnamon toast, and plenty more savoury options. Good For The Environment Too

The owner Zoe believes that we only have one world so we should look after it and she chooses to use Vegware, a vegetable based disposable. All of their coffee cups, takeaway containers and straws are compostable. They also recycle and compost as much as possible and their food waste goes to a waste-energy-facility.

You can find Cafe Free at 1/48 Yeo St, Neutral Bay NSW 2089. Opening hours are 7am-4pm Monday-Sunday, and in the evenings from 5.30-10pm Thursday-Sunday. They also do kids cupcake parties!
