Rocksalt Tapas and Wine Bar in Menai have gone and made all our cocktail and ice cream dreams collide with their delicious new menu item, 'The Golden Gaytime™'.

Exclusive to Rocksalt, the GG is made with real Gaytime crumbs (remember when you could buy a tin here?!), Baileys and Hershey's caramel sauce. This indulgent-looking cocktail is limited edition, so Sutherland Shire locals- you know what to do. The combination of creamy and crunchy could just make this our Winter go-to.

It's World Class Cocktail Week in Sydney from 7-13 May 2017, so we feel sure this creation will put Rocksalt on the Sydney cocktail map. For some more delicious and out-of-this-world liquor-infused creations, head to more of the 40-something Sydney events happening throughout the week. Bartenders put their skills to the test, coming up with adventurous combinations to match with foods, and we're happy to be the guinea pigs!
