With a range of online workouts for all levels, recipe plans and mindfulness practices you can cover all your bases from the easy-to-use app.
Until the end of the month, all newbies can access a free six-week trial. After that, the subscription starts from $120 per year.

Former-Bachelor turned gushing family man, personal trainer Sam Wood’s wellbeing program is touted as the #1 At Home Fitness Program in the country! 28 By Sam Wood is a holistic training and nutrition program designed for anybody, anywhere, and includes daily 28-minute workouts, fitness tips, healthy recipes and endless motivation from the man himself.

Yogaholics is an online platform powered by Power Living Yoga, created to inspire yoga as a positive daily ritual, with modern and transformational yoga classes from Vinyasa to Yin, facilitated by expert teachers. Classes range from five to 90 minutes and include step-by-step posture and sequence tutorials, guided meditations, inspirations and motivations.
There is a free 10-day trial then subscription membership is $12 a month.
Fluidform at Home
The new Fluidform at Home series developed by Pilates guru Kirsten King includes her unique pilates programs straight from the studio. Her holistic, specialised training has been used to create a series of targeted pre-recorded workouts for all levels of fitness that you can practice at home anytime. The program aims to achieve long, lean muscles and a strong core.
The Fluidform Pilates at-home program is $49 per month and includes a free equipment pack with the first payment.
Body Coach TV
British PT and cookbook author, The Body Coach, Joe Wicks, has been creating accessible, online workouts for years, in a bid to get more people moving at home. He posts free weekly HIIT workouts for all fitness levels on his Body Coach TV YouTube channel, that can be done anywhere with no equipment. There is a back catalogue of over 250 free workouts.
He has also launched 30-minute 'PE lessons for kids' which have attracted millions of viewers around the world, tuning in to keep their families active while in lockdown!
The Fitness Marshall

With over 2 million followers, including a huge Australian contingent, The Fitness Marshall does the absolute best cardio dance workouts, to all the latest songs, promoting his body confidence message.
